experienced professionals in our field, we are currently seeking a dynamic
Email Operations Analyst who can handle some very important tasks.
The successful candidate will be highly organized and able to work on multiple
projects simultaneously, be creative in solving problems, and be equally
comfortable working with both our sales/business development team along with our
tech team.
Previous experience in internet marketing is preferred
in this highly supportive role. We are looking for applicants who possess the
following skills and can be able to perform:
Responsibilities:
• Manage the deployment of e-mail and web based campaigns.
• Discover and follow trends, manage email campaigns, and present findings to
the team.
• Analyze open rates, click-thru rates and customer behavior to identify
opportunities for growth.
• Make recommendations for changes that will increase email effectiveness based
on findings.
• Monitor ongoing campaigns to ensure proper execution of all scheduled events.
• Assist with the development of email marketing strategies and email test plan
designs.
• Provide weekly reporting updates of email marketing efforts and their impact
on the results.
• Develop new tests to increase and optimize the Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
• Synthesize data and provide reports in a presentable, usable format, including
summarized analyses for executive management
• Liaison with several teams including design, marketing and IT to
ensure all email requirements are met.
Requirements:
• Bachelor`s degree (Computer, Math or Economics preferred)
• Basic understanding of HTML a MUST.
• High level of integrity.
•
Extremely high attention to detail and strong organizational and
communication skills.
• Must be comfortable working with both sales team and tech team.
•
Solid Excel skills
(analysis, formulasÂ…) and other Office software
(Word, PowerPoint, FrontPageÂ…)
• Good understanding of presenting data through a combination of summary,
charting and tables
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and project management skills.
• Comfortable with conducting basic campaign ROI analysis.
• Capable of taking on special projects & producing results on-demand.
• Creative thinker.
• Positive attitude and always looking for a solution to any situation that may
occur.
